Salary: 30,000GBP per annum + Commission

A Business Manager builds a business by identifying qualified prospects with a need for Localization Services. Once identified the Business Manager promotes Jonckers localization services and WordsOnline products to companies in need of new solutions in the Translation Industry.

A Business Manager will drive their own leads and deals, attend client meetings and manage the end to end sales cycle with support from Jonckers’ Management Team.

Job Duties:

  • Identifies business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Attend industry events and promote Jonckers services and identify leads
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with your prospects
  • Visiting potential customers for new business
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Closing your deals and managing the end to end sales cycle
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing Jonckers at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your Jonckers’ managers where appropriate
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets
  • Use Pipedrive to document all sales administration tasks and deal updates
