John (JJ) Doyle is a language services expert who joined Jonckers in November 2020 to drive new customer acquisition in the US. Based in Boston, but ready to travel, JJ is able to help global enterprises feel at ease with their translation requirements. With plenty of experience from operations and sales, JJ will enjoy helping new customers to automate and improve their translations through the dynamic WordsOnline AI platform.

JJ has held international leadership roles across Europe, and US at Transperfect, SimulTrans and Lionbridge. As a veteran of the language services industries, he’s no stranger to technology and exceptional levels of customer service.

Vladimir Nemec (Vlad) has spent most of his career in localization, currently having 14 years of experience (and counting!). Vlad started working as a Project Manager and was promoted to his current position of Program Manager at Jonckers. His priority is to deliver excellent customer service by making projects run smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Vlad is pragmatic and likes excel, reports, and numbers. He's happiest when projects are running effortlessly and his clients are satisfied with the work he and his team delivers.
