WordsOnline enables our clients to submit, track and manage their requests to ensure the best results. To facilitate the increasing customer demands for agile

JONCKERS Voice is the voice talent portal that hosts a catalogue of voiceover samples, enabling customers to select the ideal voice to suit their project.
Voice talents are categorized in 3 levels based on their voice quality.
Jonckers resource management team continually organize screening and collection of new voice samples for addition to the JONCKERS Voice catalogue. They are then categorized and organized by target language. At the beginning of a voice over project, customers will receive credentials for them to log in and select the voice they would like to use in their projects. In the event customers do not find the ideal voice they want, they can specify their expectations for Jonckers resource management team to conduct further searches for a relevant solution.
JONCKERS Dashboard is a web application that translates customer business critical information into intuitive pivot charts and KPIs. Jonckers Dashboard enables our customers to have 360° business insight on the status of their projects and accounts. It also serves as a reference for future business decisions.
Customers can review and filter business statistics such as; how many words are completed per language, per division, per period, per service etc. With quote and quality data incorporated, Jonckers Dashboard can also provide KPIs to cover quarterly spent, quality score, cost saving through TM or MT etc.
Jonckers NMT (Neural Machine Translation Engine)
Neural MT is a fast evolving, innovative technology that enables machines to learn and to translate through an artificial neural network. Neural MT translates whole sentences at a time, rather than piece by piece. This allows the engine to use the broader context to select the most relevant translation, which it then rearranges to correct the grammar. Consequently, NMT provides an easier to read output as each sentence is more understandable.
JONCKERS Marketplace is an integral part of Jonckers’ WordsOnline Translation Platform. It enables our customers of access to our LTS service (Language Talent Sourcing), in which we give access to a selected pool of free-lance translators and linguists who can work directly for our customers.
JONCKERS Marketplace is connected to Jonckers supplier management system, a uniquely developed database of qualified resources. Customers can search for resources base on; services, source and target languages, performance rating etc. They can also browse through a filtered resource list to check the history performance feedback and availability of an individual resource. Customers can add /remove the specific resource into/from their programs, or provide feedback for the resources they have worked with.
