Benoit della Faille
Chairman
Benoit della Faille currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board for Jonckers Translation & Engineering. He was appointed as Chairman of the Board in January 2010. He also holds positions at VIVALTO Home s.a., Chief Executive Officer, Tuledor S.A., Managing director, EFELCO sprl Director, and Same Day Consulting sarl, Director. Formerly, he held the position of Country Manager at Cap Gemini Belgium, and Director of International Affairs at the Computer Science Corporation.
Benoit earned his education as a Graduate in Commercial Sciences, I.C.H.E.C., in Brussels in 1983. He is still an active participant in the professional memberships of Cercles Gaulois, Cercle Munster (Luxembourg).
Marc Jonckers
CEO
Marc Jonckers founded Jonckers Translation & Engineering in 1994. He has been active in localization since 1986. Prior to forming Jonckers, Marc developed and managed translation and real-estate service companies in Belgium. Today, Marc is the CEO of Jonckers Translation & Engineering, supervising our global sales and operations and driving the company’s organization and competitiveness. Marc is a member of the Board and of the Executive Committee of the company.
Marc holds a Bachelor degree cum laude in Translation from ISTI and Master qualification from Solvay Business School – I.A.D.E. Marc has proficiency in PRINCE2 and AGILE practices as well as in Customer Centric© and Strategic Selling©.
Guy Eggermont
CFO
As CFO of the company, Guy Eggermont leads and manages all financial aspect of the company. In 1989, Guy joined BIS Banking Systems as Finance Director for Continental Europe, before co-founding the ODYSSEY GROUP, in 1995, where he acted as Group CFO. ODYSSEY soon became a worldwide leader in providing software solutions to the most reputable Private Banking and Asset Management institutions, with revenue of USD 100M. He retired in 2009, before being asked by a group of private investors to assist in various missions, and was appointed Managing Director of the JTE group and CFO of the Vivalto group.
Guy completed a master in Applied Economics from the University of Louvain in 1980. Starting his career as Management Controller at Dolbeau-Dimatit Casablanca, in 1984 he joined IMBEV as Financial Controller for all overseas subsidiaries. In 1986, he completed an MBA at the University of Leuven (KUL).
