Responsibilities
Work with sales & production team on RFQs & projects to maximize project efficiency by utilizing technology & process (e.g. “SMART” TM leveraging, customer portal, PMS, MT etc.)
Drive technology adoption and training (both internally & with strategic accounts). That could be,
- Selection / application of MT technology on specific account / project
- Adoption & refinement of PMS<
- Investigation on new technology & process in the industry
- Maintain internal KB for internal & external communication / consolidation
Requirements
More than 3 years of hands-on localization engineering / PM experiences in software development / integration field or similar experiences
Ability to handle complex situations and timelines through proactive, result-oriented group collaboration. Technical passion and drive are required.
Fluent English skill in writing and speaking are highly required
