Jonckers are looking for an experienced Program Manager – US based, to help them continue providing a consistent customer experience across the board that goes beyond regular translation processes.

Please note that Localization is essential to this role. We will NOT be accepting applications unless there is proven experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager works closely alongside the Business Unit Director to secure and grow key accounts – you will be the driving force in the development of these accounts
  • The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-visibility programs including forecasting, client satisfaction, and strategy
  • In guiding resources cross-functionally as Program Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring timely, in-budget, and overall successful delivery on your accounts in general
  • The Program Manager will own the correct account setup in terms of resources, budget, workflows, and technology
  • The Program Manager will, on a managerial level, also carry out planning and control, and have executive ownership of all projects within their client portfolio
  • The Program Manager will be responsible for designing workflows, SLAs & KPIs, execution methodologies as well as roles and responsibilities suitable for their individual clients’ and Jonckers’ needs, guide their implementation, and monitor their execution
  • The Program Manager will leverage business intelligence and reports regularly and proactively for continuous improvement and strategic direction as well as to assess financial data, account management, and growth opportunities
  • The Program Manager will drive regular communication with their internal and external stakeholders, including post mortem meetings, and guide teams in root cause analysis and preventive action as necessary
