Job Description – Administrative Assistant (San Francisco Bay Area)

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, positive and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to help us manage our office, assist our executives in daily administrative tasks as well as offer support to some marketing and sales initiatives. We provide training, empowerment, great benefits, and a nice environment for you to succeed in.

Please note that Localization is not essential to this role.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:
• Welcome visitor, handle reception, be the face of the company
• Administer contracts with external suppliers (office lease, insurances, and office supplies)
• Maintain office upkeep and general organization/cleanliness, work with the Building Manager to ensure office is running smoothly
• Handle incoming & outcoming mail and miscellaneous documents
• File, retrieve documents and reference materials in a confidential manner

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE:
• Organize travels for Executives, US staff & visitors
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events as directed by executive
• Support CEO and Business Unit Director with administrative tasks

SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT:
• Support sales in doing research to provide necessary information that will help in sales process
• Support marketing and sales campaigns
• Monitor and actively promote the company through social media under guidance of Marketing Manager

Required Skills
• 1 to 2 years professional experience in administration and office management
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good computer skills, including the latest Office programs, and familiarity with databases
• Flexible, well organized, resourceful and able to think fast
