Business Manager

Location: Seattle, Japan, Brussels, and Germany.
Status: Full time
Salary Range: DOE

Responsibilities
•    Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
•    Create, implement sales strategies for new business development
•    Prepare quotes, proposals and lead the RFQ/RFP/RFI process
•    Build and sustain strong relationships with customers
•    Drive implementation of solution to meet customers’ business needs
•    Develop and execute account development strategy
•    Negotiate all commercial terms and conditions of the contract
•    Manage and report the pipeline in a timely fashion

Required
•    Positive attitude
•    Sales experience in localization industry
•    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•    Enthusiastic, dynamic and intelligent
•    Self-motivated and goal-driven
•    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•    Strong Interpersonal skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or equivalent
